Afr / Eng Registration forms available from the School. Bring 2 photos of child and a copy of birth certificate and Immunization Certificate. Also bring copies of mom and dad's id.Admission requirements:
The child's parent / guardian must declare that they: • Endorsed the school's mission. • Child upon entry into school is not younger than 3 months, and does not become 7 years old by the end of the year. • Child has received all the prescribed immunization and will ensure that it will stay up to date. • Not aware of any infectious diseases that their child is suffering from. • Every day will ensure that their child comes to school clean, neat and well-groomed. • Will be available at all times during the hours the child attends kindergarten. • Take responsibility for keeping their personal details, including their address, phone number, medical details up to date. • The school rules will be followed. • The school fees as determined by the Management will be paid in advance for each month. • The registration procedure below will be adhered to.
Registration Procedure:
Complete a contract agreement, in which details are provided correctly and you declare to endorse the school's Mission, School Rules and Admission Requirements.The following must be
submitted together:
Registration fee to book your child's place - Once off A copy of child's birth certificate. A copy of child's immunization card. 2 X ID photos of child Copies of parents' / guardian's ID document.School fees:
• School fees are payable in advance per month before or on the third of each month. THERE will be a 10% fine, per month, on late payments. Cut off date for payments 3rd of month. Please note: December is a compulsory payment month, regardless of school attendance, as December forms part of a school year. (See contract!)
